Each day you come to work at finder, you will be sitting in a comfortable Aeron chair and working at a comfortable workstation in our stunning Sydney CBD office. The kitchen is well stocked with healthy snacks, drinks, fresh fruit and catered lunches are provided daily.

Requirements:
  • Manage a multi-functional creative marketing team, including a social media coordinator, social media manager, designer, creative producer, copywriter.
  • Work effectively with internal and external marketers to devise and execute high-quality content on and off-site that will not only assist users in making an informed decision on their purchase but also drive revenue and profits.
  • Content strategy - Guide content strategy for finder’s social media presence, multimedia production and distribution across platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit & Pinterest.
  • Brand - Support brand strategy through the development of ongoing media initiatives including video campaigns, influencer marketing, marketing collateral and creative partnerships.
  • Paid content amplification - use platforms like Facebook, Taboola, Outbrain to amplify content that is organically performing well on social and also to speed up traction for targeted content marketing campaigns
  • Content promotion and distribution - develop and nurture relationships with industry contacts and influencers that can be leveraged for content promotion, partnerships and syndication
  • Data mining/analysis/visualisation - scrape, capture, analyse, and visualise data to create engaging data-driven advertising content
  • Audience research and monitoring - monitor our customer audience segments online to gain an understanding of their persona’s and how they use the internet and are responding to our content promotion efforts
  • Email marketing - collaborate with the marketing team to capture new email subscribers and nurture subscribers through to conversion via optimised content marketing funnels
  • Testing and Experiments - run regular split tests/multivariate tests to determine the best copy, content layouts and configuration to achieve content promotion objectives.
  • Collaborate with Head of Growth Marketing to develop creative and cash positive advertising efforts across display, social media and video.
  • Collaborate with Global Head of Publishing Innovation to conceive, test, create and execute best-in-class brand & content marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Publishing and Editorial team to create and implement content marketing strategies to assist all teams in promoting their content to help develop their audiences and improve their search engine visibility
  • Collaborate with the Editor-in-Chief to devise marketing strategies that work harmoniously with the overall finder content strategy
  • Collaborate with each category - Work with the team, be it consumer tech, insurance or credit cards, for each niche to develop and execute on a customised content marketing plan that fits and works harmoniously with the overall finder content strategy.
  • Share campaign wins and learnings with international counterparts, collaborate on global initiatives and execution.

Skills & Experience:
  • Best in class experience building global publishing and digital media brands
  • A degree plus a minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Passion for helping Australians through financial education
  • Experience coordinating a focused creative marketing team toward success
  • Experience in the trenches with advertising, design, creative production and analytics
  • Proven history growing audiences on social media through organic and paid means
  • Someone who does not procrastinate, with a bias towards taking action and is proactive
  • Strong design aesthetic which will be reflected in our content and advertising projects
  • Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite, advertising and insights platforms such as Facebook, AdWords, YouTube, Taboola/Outbrain, Google Analytics.
  • A strong understanding of the brand marketing and digital media industry is essential
Salary:
$90,000 - $95,000 + Super
