 Due to new business requirements an exciting opportunity has become available for a talented Solutions Manager to join our Locate by oOh! team on a 6 to 12 month contract with a view to go perm.

Here’s what you’ll do…

As Solutions Manager you will be responsible for providing direction for the creation of solutions for both reactive and proactive client briefs for the Sales Team nationally.

Reporting in to the National Sales Director, you will play an integral part in assisting the Sales Team in reaching their revenue targets by providing strategic and creative solutions to their client objectives using best practice approaches such as;

  • Identifying ways we can add value to client communication plans
  • Work to leverage cross platform revenue from both reactive & practice briefs
  • Work collaboratively to identify audience & product data,
  • Produce stellar ideation & muck-up designs and create tactical ‘go to market’ sales collateral
  • Facilitate and driver internal workshops and brainstorming sessions
  • Collaborate with internal data teams to gain market insight and turn this into client solutions
  • Liaise with both internal and external stakeholders to maintain & nurture relationships and set expectations
  • Coordinate, product & present new showcases each week
  • Lead and mentor the more junior team members in order to hit set markers & targets

This is what you’ll look like…

  •  3-5 years translatable industry/ work experience essential
  • Demonstrate a good understanding of the media planning buying process from both an agency & client viewpoint
  • Prior experience across planning & executing proactive/reactive client responses/ briefs
  • Excellent relationship management and communication skills essential
  • Be able to demonstrate where you have meet tight deadlines in accordance with client briefs
  • A strong process oriented approach and solutions focused delivery principles a must
  • Experience working within a collaborative team environment at a highly agile pace
  • A strong team player, professional communicator and organised individual with a ‘can do’ attitude
  • Basic design skills and working capabilities across Adobe Photoshop (preferred)
  • Strong MS Office & PowerPoint skills
  • Tertiary degree in Marketing, PR or Business preferred but not essential
