The Senior Strategic Planner is a sharp thinker who can help shape creative thinking and understand the benefits of working closely with creative teams, creative group heads, and the ECD.

Key Responsibilities

  • Designing, implementing and measuring strategies that develop a client’s business and their brands. 
  • Liaising with clients to identify specific business problems and develop ideas. 
  • Client relationship management, including strategic presentations, and high level decision-making. 
  • Inspiring creative teams to develop communications that directly address client’s broader business issues, via a clearly defined brief that contains concise information on the product, audience and strategy. 
  • Identifying insights via conducting and/or analysing quantitative and qualitative research. 
  • Cross-departmental collaboration and co-ordination to deliver desired client outcomes

 

 

Qualifications

 

  • Strong and engaging presentation skills. 
  • Ability to building on existing client relationships as well as create new ones. 
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise. 
  • Passion for world-class creative work, and experience in helping to develop it. 
  • Ability to work well both within a team, and autonomously – happy to take on your own portfolio of clients. 
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Planning role within an agency.
