This role is for a Junior level graphic designer – you will have 2 – 3 years’ experience under your belt and will have the confidence to work closely with the Creative Director, driving and taking ownership of projects from branding to POS and advertising campaign work. This is a busy role, with tight deadlines, and you will be able to work quickly with an impeccable attention to detail is vital.
As a Graphic Designer, you will be equally happy working across offline, pre-press and creating brand assets that cross multiple platforms including POS material, digital and advertisements, brochures, posters, flyers, packaging, social media, EDMs and any other Marketing/ PR print/digital material. Display material, event displays and web design.
Working collaboratively with the team of Designers, Creative Director and Account Management on a variety of projects, you will fit in seamlessly. You will be proactive, have well-developed critical thinking skills and able to process, react to, and solve problems in a timely manner as required.
Key Requirements:-
- Can deliver solutions within timeline and budget
- Attend client meetings and participate in new business pitches as required
- Design branding/marketing/advertising/communication pieces including overall theme development, individual piece designs, etc.
- Produce all print pieces from conception to completion
- Finished artwork for print and digital
- Pre and post-production quality checks
- Minimum of 1-2 years’ design experience
- Proficient in Adobe CC Suite
- Strong skills in page layout, design, photo manipulation and retouching, pre-press production.
- HTML5 knowledge
- Premier Pro/Final Cut Pro knowledge would be an advantage
