As an experienced commercial strategic relationship partner you will direct the day-to-day account activities and play a key role in the translation of marketing and advertising objectives into overall business strategies, you’ll also direct development of business plans consistent with the approved plan.

Based in Sydney, this role will report to the Senior Manager Strategic Partnerships ANZ with a focus to consistently deliver on member satisfaction. A natural strategic thinker with strong partnership experience in influencing and developing business opportunities with clients, you will be responsible for:

  • Identifying, enabling and building new partnership relations with clients
  • Managing the day to day interactions with existing clients and bring on-board new clients
  • Developing and executing commercial strategy with stakeholders internally and externally
  • Leveraging and add value on product offerings back to members and other clients of CA ANZ
  • Engaging in meaningful commercial discussions at a senior level
  • Facilitating and assisting with deliver on a growth strategy

The type of person we are after:

  • Min 3 years partnership role at Media, Advertising, PR, Communications/Marketing agency
  • Strong relationship management skills, ability to nurture and grow client relationships
  • Work in a collaborative team and build relationships with colleagues, suppliers and partners
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills with advanced communication skills
  • Ability to present at meetings, efficient with MS Office & visual management tools/ methods
  • Highly networked, commercial acumen and respected by members and business community
