Our client is a brand communications agency that has been established since the past 20 years and considered as a strong influencer in the market. Based in Melbourne, it comprises of a team of 40 working across creative, design, digital, and account services areas. They have delivered branding strategies to high profile brands with a strong focus on quality.

About the role

In this pivotal role, you will be building and maintaining positive client relationships to creatively identify and solve their branding needs. The Account Manager will have a strong agency background and a passion for brands and design and be responsible for delivering outstanding brand and marketing campaigns.

What you'll do

Works closely with Senior Manager–Accounts and Associate Director, Communications, Advertising and Brand Management to own and develop key client relationships
Manages brand projects and campaigns from end to end, collaborating with agency teams, staff and internal clients to deliver high quality work with results
Brings forward-thinking ideas, applies insights and offers big picture thinking to projects and programs, and counsels business owners on brand considerations and makes recommendations
Consults with client to identify marketing requirements and ensures the work meets the client’s strategies.

To be successful, you will need

Excellent communication skills with the ability to make persuasive client presentations
World class end to end project management skills
Ability to create, develop and sustain effective client relationships and be an effective business partner
Strong business acumen, research and analytical skills and strategic thinking
