About the role
As a Photography Team Leader you'll be an influential leader with an ability to inspire your team, lead by example, and have a passion in providing customers with a fantastic service and photography experience that is friendly & efficient.
Team Leader / Supervisor
This unique and rewarding position would suit someone (looking for a career change) with hospitality experience and a passion for photography or a photographer with team management and supervisor experience.
You will have the ability to build a supportive culture that focuses on customers with pride, passion and personality.

To be successful with your application you must:
Have experience in developing and building team work, communication skills and facilitating & motivating others.
Be a team player, but also like to have an autonomous aspect to your role and feel confident in making decisions and solving problems.
Have outstanding communication and relationship building skills and a positive attitude when interacting with staff and clients.
Have a great sense of humour and be well organised with an attention to detail.
Have strong time management & prioritisation skills.

Have the ability to work unsupervised and independently while coordinating and supervising a team onsite (supervisor)
Have the ability to drive a collaborative team culture focused on meeting our high quality standards
Have the ability be on your feet for long periods and some equipment lifting is required.
Have a Drivers licence and Proficient in Microsoft excel.
