It’s a great time to join this colourful, ambitious team of creative misfits. As a midsized agency, they are punching well above their weight and loving it. As their portfolio of local and national clients continues to expand they need the service of a talented Traffic Manager.

Your Role

• Scope, Schedule and oversee a variety of creative projects – Print, Outdoor, TVC, Digital, Video
• You need to be the ultimate keeper of the peace, the one who knows how much work the creatives can handle, how to push them where needed and also how to balance out the demands of a typical team of suits
• Ensure that all work is going out the door on time
• Being a mid sized agency, you will need to wear a few hats, so the ability and willingness to get involved with estimating, scoping and pricing work is essential

What we are looking for

• Prior experience scheduling work within a busy agency environment
• A love/care factor that applies to both the quality of work being produced and all of the people involved
• Outstanding organisation skills
• attention to detail
• The ability to remain calm under pressure and to help others do the same
• Tenderness where needed and whip cracking when required
