What you will be doing…
This is an exciting role where you will provide operational, commercial, analytical and administrative support across the Audience Solutions & Automated Trading team. Responsibilities extend to the product management and development of programmatic and data related offerings.

Day to day you can expect to:

  • Support and/or lead product development - planning & testing in conjunction with stakeholders across various sales and product management teams
  • Provide operational analysis and administrative support to the Audience & Automation - Commercial Product Manager
  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales support for programmatic & data led products to sales & commercial teams
  • Provide administrative and operational support to Trading Desk Manager & Programmatic Traders
  • Be the key point of contact for Residential Agent and Commercial Agent sales teams, assisting with campaign recommendations, insights and analysis, and compliance
  • Support and/or lead strategic workshops and initiatives to develop, release, iterate & improve programmatic and data related products and solutions
  • Adopt agile practices such as test-driven development, lean startup, behaviour driven development, continuous integration and continuous delivery by acting with a proactive and an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Keep a pulse on market trends to ensure the product offerings remain competitive
  • Provide updates to senior management across various functions and lines of business, including monthly revenue and key developments
  • Contribute and/or lead weekly product stand up meetings


We’re looking for someone with…

  • Minimum of 2 years experience with Digital Media & Online Advertising
  • Exposure to Product Management & Project Management
  • Bachelor in Business, Marketing or equivalent
  • Understanding of digital ad operations principles - AdServing, DMPs, campaign analysis, conversion tracking etc
  • Familiarity with the Programmatic/Real-Time-Bidding/Automated Ad Trading environment including ad networks, exchanges, SSPs, DSPs etc (preferred)
  • Prior experience with audience based/behavioural targeting (preferred)
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • The ability to look at tricky situations through a solutions-focused lens
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • The capacity to work productively in a fast-paced and agile environment
