The Client
This leading award-winning agency renowned for excellence and creative, can’t seem to do anything wrong. They keep winning new business, awards, and now look to expand abroad. Truth is things have started to go a little bit bonkers with all this new work, and now they need a highly organised Production/Traffic leader to make improvements on their workflow strategy.
Scope
As Head of Production/Traffic, you will be responsible for maximising workflow efficiency throughout the studio. You will be an effective leader distributing and allocating talent to jobs on the go ensuring timelines/budgets are met. You will also monitor and advise on team bandwidth by producing and analysing key utilisation and forecasting metrics. You will traffic a variety of work from video content, print, digital, strategy.
Successful Applicants
You’re a highly organised leader who loves to put systems and processes in place. You’ve held similar positions in an agency perhaps as a Traffic Manager, Creative Services Manager for at least 6+ years. You’re friendly, and know how to hustle to get work done. Most of all you are good with people and you know how to push the right buttons to get work done.
