The Job:

We’re currently on the lookout for a Brandfit Executive to join our team based in Sydney CBD. Reporting directly to the Head of Brandfit, you will have an unquenchable desire to get things done. This is a role for a passionate individual who would love to develop their career in Media. It requires a highly personable, self-sufficient and organised individual who has superior attention to detail and will help us continue to be the best the industry has to offer.  

As a Brandfit Executive, you will be responsible for creating & implementing cross-platform strategies and communication. You will identify and develop marketing opportunities across a wide range of cinema exhibitioners, distributors, agencies and advertisers. Other key responsibilities include:

  • Provide creative and strategic resources to the Val Morgan sales team and/or directly to clients and agencies to help build revenue
  • Conceptualise, develop and executive concepts in support of clients
  • Communicate key insights and leads to the team, helping to educate them with information and prospects
  • Assist in enhancing and streamlining Val Morgan’s offering, identifying opportunities for business growth
  • Compile unique and innovative presentations in a timely and accurate manner

Who are we looking for?

It goes without saying you’ll be a top performer and hard worker. We’re also looking for someone with:

  • Degree qualification in Marketing, Communications or similar preferred
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Minimum 3+ years working in media, advertising or an integration based role
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills
  • Self-motivated and focused on continuous improvement and knowledge growth
  • Team player, welcoming ideas from others and prepared to actively share information
  • Personal style characterised by collaboration, confidence and a can-do attitude
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, especially PowerPoint)
