We’re looking for an experienced, proactive and data-minded individual to join our growing team as an Account Manager supporting Australia’s best-known brands.

Our clients range in their level of data and analytics sophistication; from those just getting started and needing our help to establish data and analytics teams and best practices, right through to those clients who look to us to help develop sophisticated attribution and propensity models. The Account Manager bridges the gap between the client and our internal team of planners and technical consultants. They are responsible for driving the relationship forward, understanding their needs and identifying new opportunities to the account, becoming an indispensable partner and trusted advisor.

The right candidate will have over 6+ years of digital experience in the same or similar role (media or advertising), be a natural problem solver, expert communicator, multi-taker and enjoy cultivating relationships based on results.

Overview

The Account Manager role is pivotal in our organisation, wearing many hats this person will be responsible for building strong relationships with our existing clients, acting as the client’s advocate and working with our internal team members to ensure that the client’s needs are understood and we have delivered to expectations. This person will have excellent communication skills, be organised, details-obsessed and the ability to translate complex (sometimes technical) solutions in a language everyone can understand.

As part of the role, the successful candidate will:

  • Maintain client relationships, manage projects, timelines, resources and budgets
  • Managing multiple simultaneous projects across multi-skilled teams
  • Running meetings, presenting from the board level down and identify needs, goals & opportunities for growing clients 
  • Collaborate with in-house analysts and technologists on projects and reports, making sure we provide quality outcomes every time
  • Plan and facilitate workshops and presentations 
  • Help guide the pitch process for prospective clients

Must haves;

  • Minimum of 7 years working experience with at least 3 years proven track record at an Account Manager level
  • A nice person, who is honest and works with integrity
  • Strong presentation, verbal, and written skills
  • Confidently manage client relationships from the executive level down
  • Think you will excel in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with minimal supervision
  • Have Australian residency and currently live in Australia
  • Advanced Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • Experience working with Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics preferred, but not mandatory
