Building on our success, we have developed an e-commerce website that is so unique there is nothing comparable in Australia for the Landscape and Nursery industry.

The Role:

We require the services of a full time Sales and marketing manager who is willing to take ownership of the task which involves working on the new specialist e-commerce website. The selected candidate would work with a small, friendly and highly motivated team and be responsible for building a strong client relationship, whilst selling and marketing the new e-commerce website platform.

Ideal person should have:

  • Proven experience in digital advertising media sales.
  • Have a minimum of at least 4 years’ experience in digital advertising media sales.
  • Experience that includes sales to all levels of business.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Media, Marketing, Business or equivalent.
  • The ability to travel inter-state from time to time.

Personal Skills:

  • Excellent written, communication and negotiating skills.
  • Proven track record in digital advertising media sales.
  • Highly motivated to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Experienced in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, CRM systems.
  • Strong and proven work ethic.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capture those opportunities.
  • Experience in digital advertising and/or horticulture sales would be preferred.
  • Able to work from our office in the Northern suburbs of Melbourne.
