You will play a critical role in shaping the agency’s strategically-lead integrated offering. You will be responsible for day to day management, retention, and growth of key client accounts, and will be expected to fully understand your client’s businesses, challenges and opportunities in order to recommend the agency's services that will achieve desired outcomes.

You will be expected to have a broad understanding of business and marketing/communication principles and will be comfortable discussing brand, ATL campaign, digital, PR and social media recommendations.

The Account Director will be focused on existing business, where success will be measured against client satisfaction, retention and revenue growth. Under the guidance of agency's executive, you will actively manage the financial performance of your Account Service team and will succeed based on your ability to deliver the necessary revenue to maintain and grow your accounts.

You will also be responsible for the support and mentorship of the more junior members of your team and will be expected to work closely with agency's executive and department heads.

Requirements:

Extensive experience of managing multiple key accounts
Experience of developing new business
Ability to mentor a team of junior account managers
Strategic with an integrated background and great knowledge and understanding of digital, brand, PR and social
Background in PR would be beneficial
Creative communications
Client facing with strong communication skills
Good attention to detail and have the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
