The role:
 
-  Alongside the Head of Digital, help design and excute the digital product and strategy across the business
- Operational lead to develop and execute tech stack including bringing programmatic in house 
- Work across all facets of digital from data, content and analytics to production, social and media planning/buying
- Provide digital thought leadership and training, including mentoring and coaching staff

What you will need:

• Minimum 5-10 years experience in digital media, LOCAL experience ideal
• Experience managing junior members of staff
• Understanding of the Australian digital media landscape and knowledge of the technology that powers this 
• Strong relationships with Tech vendors and good understanding of programmatic
• Experience with planning tools (e.g. Nielsen Answers) ad-servers and measurement tools (e.g. Nielsen OBE).
• Strong presentation and client management skills
