We have several in-house teams who work to solve various challenges for our customers using eLearning, online learner management, video production, visualisation, and immersive solutions (VR, AR). Our ideal producer loves working creatively in the video, animation, and the tech space as much as the team, and will empower them to do brilliant work. By owning and overseeing projects at every stage, you will provide clarity and direction to deliver quality products and continually improve performance efficiencies.

We're not looking for a Project Manager that excels in Excel!

As the central point of truth for projects, you will thoroughly understand our production process, as well as knowing when to toss the rulebook aside to innovate and improve upon it. We need you to make clever happen by seeing the bigger picture when it comes to Project Management, Team Leadership, and Operational Collaboration.

You’ll coach and guide the team as you form a culture of dependability, meaning, and impact. Facilitating daily rituals and consistently coaching the team to improve processes will be an essential ingredient to your leadership style. You'll manage project budgets and scope, providing a padded guardrail (not handcuffs) to the team while collaborating with our Account Managers and Leads to deliver work that inspires and makes an impact.

Our crew are not just our staff, they're our family. You need to have the emotional intelligence to understand what makes each team member successful. Communicating clearly is essential to a highly functioning team. You inject energy into performance, guide the team through unchartered territory and deal with the tough conversations consistently.

The non-negotiables:

• Background and experience in video production, animation, visualisation, or shipped game development

• Experience leading a cross-disciplinary team and managing projects in a digital production environment

• Understanding of Agile principles, Scrum or Lean methodology, and confidence with JIRA

• Super-organised and literate in workflow processes

• Confident collaborating with and presenting to customers

• Demonstrated communication skills
