About Us:
We're a fun, hard-working bunch at AV 24/7 and we're looking for someone like-minded to join our growing team.
Here at AV24/7 we aim to provide the best in visual, audio, and lighting design and production. We have over 15 years' experience in the events industry and work throughout Sydney, Melbourne and the Gold Coast. Our office and warehouse is based in Caringbah, but you would work all over Sydney and interstate as needed. Specialising in creative, progressive and complex jobs, we work with the best equipment to give our clients innovative, tailored event solutions. Product launches, in-house services, exhibitions, experiential marketing events and concerts are just a few personalised services that we provide.

About the role:
You will:
- Prepare, deliver, install and remove a broad range of vision, lighting and sound equipment
- Operate shows at all levels of complexity
- Ensure all jobs are correctly prepped and equipment lists are followed
- Consult with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service every time, upholding our impeccable reputation

- Live and breathe all things AV
- Have a creative mind with the desire to find new and interesting ways to do things
- Be passionate about providing clients with memorable experiences
- Be self-motivated and able to manage multiple and competing deadlines
- Have strong verbal and written communication skills and strong attention to detail
- Be an excellent team player with a positive attitude
- Demonstrate a high standard of personal presentation
- Hold a current C Class Australian Driving Licence
- Have a sense of humour and a light-hearted attitude; you want to work hard and have fun in doing so.
