This is a rare opportunity to join one of Sydney's most in-demand agencies.

You'll be guided and mentored by one of the agency's senior leaders, and you'll be given the day-to-day ownership of this large consumer brand client who is doing great work across TVC, brand, OOH, and digital channels including CRM and social. As the lead on this account, you will need to build a strong relationship with your client, and you'll have the support of several established SAMs and AMs to drive work through the agency.

The kind of suit we're looking for will be a self-starter, with the smarts to help shape each brief, deliver great work and solve your clients bigger communications challenges. Experience on a retail brand would be great, however anyone with a strong TTL skillset is encouraged to apply.

Success in this role will be down to your ability to:
  • Build relationships with a strong strategic point of view and be able to interact at a senior level with clients to develop the strategic direction of their brand.   
  • Manage and grow your client's account to achieve target revenue and profit. 
  • Build great internal relationships with the account management team, creative department and all other internal business units   
  • Manage the client’s expectations by ensuring they are always kept up to date in terms of work in progress, recognising issues early and pre-empting or solving them as you go.
  • Contribute to the development of business and marketing plans based on the thorough understanding of the market and consumer.   
  • Understand the trends and influences within the client’s market including competitor activity and gaps to exploit
  • Lead a mixed discipline agency team in developing and delivering the highest standard creative product for a client or clients.
  • Champion the work to be the best it can be - through the brief, creative, production and rollout.
