About the role:

We have an exciting opportunity for Studio Retoucher/Enhancer who thrives in a busy environment to join our Studio team retouching and enhancing a variety of fashion, campaign and product images. Our Studio team shoot thousands of images and videos each week and the Studio Retoucher is integral to ensuring our products look fantastic and represent the Taking Shape brand. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Undertaking retouching and enhancement of all product imagery, with the ability to change colours, crop and remove unwanted details to a high standard and within the required deadlines
• Ensuring colour consistency between images and product samples
• Maintaining image catalogues, image naming conventions, file hygiene and folder structure
• Able to work in a fast paced studio environment, where fast turnaround is required, retouching approximately 50-80 images per day
• Communicating the status of product image retouching and handle all image editing queries
• Working with the studio, ecommerce and marketing teams to regularly assess and challenge current processes
• Contributing to overall Studio Team and assist with other studio projects as required

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience with retouching and image editing for fashion, beauty and accessories for ecommerce
• A portfolio of current work demonstrating expertise in photo retouching is necessary to be considered for the position. 
• Extensive experience with Photoshop, Lightroom, Capture One and related software
• Strong knowledge of colour profiles and colour matching is essential
• The ability to work quickly and efficiently with a strong eye for detail
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to rapid change
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to plan, organise and priorities tasks to meet tight deadlines
• Video editing skills advantageous
