Heard is an agile and innovative ad agency, offering integrated creative services. The team is bolstered by excellent strategists and in-house media buying. We've been awarded for our work in Property Development, FMCG and Cosmepharma.
The role involves managing a team of 2-3 across a handful of accounts to deliver integrated campaigns. The work could involve one-off deliverables or full blown campaigns - from branding, web, print, POS, DM, outdoor to TV. You don't have to have experience in all of these disciplines, just have the smarts and interest to learn. Our exisiting AD who manages her own team, will be an excellent person to bounce off of.
We're looking for an Account Director with excellent people management and fiscal skills.
