About the role:
 
Increasing demand from across the business requires formalised processes for a more scalable operating model. The Senior Digital Producer will ensure stakeholders are provided with customer-first, world class digital solutions to promote their products and services, while keeping customer satisfaction and website stability and quality to high standards.

The Digital Producer will need to be highly motivated, organised and methodical individual who has a passion for digital delivery and a driver of positive results. Technically versed and well experienced in stakeholder coordination, website administration, analytics systems, search engine optimisation and website content production/management.
 
Responsibilities:

• Gather business requirements from stakeholders and translate to world-class digital solutions
• Produce clear project plans and timelines, wireframes, list of deliverables and required inputs
• Effectively manage changes to scope, budget and/timeline
• Work closely with the Studio’s Traffic Management team to secure and coordinate supporting team members (eg. copywriters, designers, UX developers).
• Resolve all project-specific issues as they arise, ensuring that key stakeholders are aware of any delays or effect on milestones which may affect delivery.
• Support and mentor other more junior members of the team

To be successful, you will need

• 6 - 8 years+ commercial experience in a similar role, either within agency or a progressive in-house digital environment
• Previous experience with Adobe Experience Manager/CQ
• Digital business acumen wireframe software (eg Axure, Balsamiq, InVision)
• Digital user experience Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Fireworks)
• Analytical and data-driven Basic HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Web analytics software (eg Omniture, Google
• Strong communication skills and presentation skills
• Great organisational skills, energetic, confident and a team player
• Experience in digital studio in large corporates or agency
• Thrives in a fast pace environment.
