Senior Account Director
Salary: $120,000 including Super
One of Australia’s leading independent advertising and communications companies is seeking a new Senior Account Director.

We need a talented Senior Account Director to provide strategic and marketing leadership across a portfolio of healthcare clients.
Required skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, organisational attributes and a positive attitude;
- the ability to lead and work with the senior team to develop winning business proposals;
- to actively grow organic client business;
- manage projects to completion on time and on budget;
- the ability to think strategically and solve problems as they arise.
Personal attributes will include:
- leadership and mentoring qualities;
- the ability to understand your clients’ priorities and motivators;
- take ownership and responsibility for your teams' projects;
- an efficient and positive manner;
- an innate forward-looking/proactive approach.
Tertiary qualifications, in a healthcare or communication-related discipline preferred, and at least 7+ years agency experience.
