Novo Digital is a media agency with offices in Sydney and Brisbane. We work with some fantastic clients including ASICS, 3M, The Australian Turf Club and Southern Cross University.

By empowering audience first campaigns based on actual customer behaviour, Novo Digital builds success by connecting brands to their customer.

Due to predicted growth of our businesses in 2018/19, we are recruiting for several new roles.

We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our team.

You will work within a dynamic marketing and media team and be responsible for planning and implementing advertising campaigns as well as looking for marketing solutions that don't fit into the traditional advertising model.

The primary point of contact for your clients, you will require excellent written and verbal communication skills, outstanding organisational and administration skills and a passion for marketing and advertising.

Your role will report to the Managing Partner. However, this is a mostly an autonomous role with career progression for the right candidate.

You will ideally have experience in media planning across a broad marketing mix including digital, out of home, TV and radio.

Role Responsibilities

  • Take a lead role as the primary point of contact for your clients.
  • Manage client accounts operationally and commercially.
  • Provide strategy and planning for your clients.
  • Review client budgets to provide actionable insights.
  • Provide on-time reporting to clients that include insights, optimisations and client KPI's (as per client requirements).
  • Communicating with the wider internal team around client objectives, product and service updates, and critical campaign goals.
  • Meeting a level of excellence for campaign execution and innovation.

 

Key Criteria

  • 4+ years experience in Account Management
  • A proven record of success within an agency role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in digital and traditional media strategy and planning
