Freerange Future is a B Corp certified creative agency based in Adelaide. We're a leading provider of design and digital marketing services to progressive cause driven and cultural organisations. We help our clients cultivate community and increase impact.
We're looking for a brilliant and highly motivated Account Manager who will excel in this vital role as we grow into the Melbourne market. You'll be a highly valued member of our team, co-working in Melbourne and collaborating with our Adelaide studio on brand, digital and marketing projects from strategy through to delivery, ensuring excellence and complete happiness.

Key responsibilities
- Nurture positive and effective relationships with clients and the team
- Be part of a gentle business development process
- Participate in strategy and concepting, then help those brilliant ideas become reality
- Develop accurate estimates and deliver winning proposals
- Ensure client satisfaction by overseeing successful and profitable projects and retainers
Experience
- 3+ years agency account management experience
- Experience with NFP and Arts clients appreciated
- Client side experience nice to have
- Track record of working on innovative and successful digital, brand and marketing projects
- Broad understanding of interactive technologies, digital marketing, branding and graphic design
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Calm, well organised and easy going
