They are open to candidates from an ATL, BTL, or digital background as they believe each person can bring different strengths to their existing team.

Who we are looking for

You'll need to be ambitious and full of energy to join this team. But you'll also need to balance this with being down to earth and relaxed in your style. You'll be a fan of good, honest hard work, but you'll inject a sense of fun into everything you do. There are some 'young guns' in the business already, plus some great established seniors, who'll be there to coach & mentor you - plus you will have the support of some superstar juniors. 

What will you be working on:
This agency has fantastic drinks brands, FMCG, retail, travel and entertainment clients. So you will have the opportunity to work on varied accounts depending on your strengths. The work is fully integrated spanning comms, social, print, activations, digital - really a channel-neutral approach to everything they do. Not ATL TV work though.. more integrated with a BTL skew. You'll be part of creating genuinely deep client relationships at a business level, rather than just a marketing level. Although you'll need to be able to roll up your sleeves and manage campaigns, this is an agency that wants you to genuinely add value, and not just be a project manager.
