We are seeking a highly enthusiastic person who possesses excellent communication skills, shows attention to detail, is organised, and who has the ability to work to a deadline. The purpose of this role is to provide production and project coordination support for market-leading brands Click Frenzy and Power Retail.
Click Frenzy produces four 24-hour national online shopping events each year, plus a year-long email marketing and social media program. The role of the Production Coordinator is to work closely with the marketing team and production manager to ensure that all aspects of the campaigns are developed and run smoothly.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Setting up email marketing campaigns (content, client communication, testing and reporting)
- Coordinating activities and timelines for all Click Frenzy events
- Providing support with business-to-business promotions
- Supporting and developing the proofing process
- Providing technical support to retailers
- Supporting social media
- Liaising with leading retail brands to on-board promotions
- Coordinating content management system and content uploads
- Liaising with marketing and creative team to deliver exceptional events
- Post event reporting and analysis
- Coordinating deliveries and customer service as required
Power Retail is Australia's number one news and information resource for the e-commerce industry. The role of the Production Coordinator is to provide support with digital, print products and event management.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Coordination and involvement as directed in production of industry communications, print publications, research materials and industry events
- Setting up EDM’s (content, client communication, testing and reporting)
- Reporting and analysis
- Supporting the process for annual book publication (deadlines, printing, cost, ad collection)
- Provide ongoing support and communication to clients
- Event coordination including large scale annual industry awards event, the Power Retail All Star Bash
- Liaising with clients, editorial and stakeholders to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met
