Impulse Marketing works closely with Food Suppliers and Wholesale Distributors across Australia. We supply Sales Representatives with the selling and marketing tools to sell products.  This is via printed material and our own Mobile App

About the role

This is a mostly autonomous role; the candidate must have attention to detail and check all work prior to delivering to clients. You also need to be a highly-organised as in most cases there will be several jobs on the go. You will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and not be afraid to pick up the phone and call the client.  Client relationships is a vital part of this role so your ability to sum up very quickly the needs of the client is a must. 

In this busy and varied role, the applicant needs to be a highly motivated individual that works well unsupervised.  The key objective is to keep client material up to date, design and maintain product catalogues, product photography, load images to websites and marketing and digital/app platforms.  Experience with mobile apps would be great but not a game changer.

Reporting directly to our senior designer the candidate will quickly learn extra skills in both web and mobile app design and implementation.

This would be a fantastic role for a Graphic/Web Designer wanting to work in a small fun environment in the precinct of beautiful Main Beach.

Skills and experience

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (PS/ID/AI)
• Working in In-Design Tables
• Qualifications in web design, graphic design and or marketing  
• Demonstrated experience in maintaining websites.  WordPress and CMS sites.
• At Least two years' experience in a Graphic / Web environment
• Digital Photography and image manipulation
• FTP Experience desired not necessary
• Email Marketing Campaigns
• Ability to work in an open office environment
• Social Media - Facebook / Instagram
• Highly motivated, personal initiative and commitment together with a demonstrated ability to manage workloads and meet deadlines. 
• High level of attention to detail (a must)
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills  
• Ability to create ideas and advise on the best way forward
• Positive Attitude
