We are a boutique media buying and planning agency, growing fast and require someone who loves everything that is media planning and buying. 

You will be working across established accounts, assisting in the delivery and set up of all campaigns across both traditional and digital media.

You will need to have a high standard of communications skills and an interest in developing your media knowledge. This media landscape is changing quickly, and you will need to keep up.

To succeed in this role the you will need to be thinking holistically in all areas of the media / marketing process. You will need a high attention to detail and to be able to multitask, as you will be required to work across different clients and manage different stakeholders.

Your key role will be to support a Manager and Executive across all day-to-day management and implementation of media campaigns to ensure all campaigns run smoothly.

You will have the opportunity to learn and implement traditional and digital media campaigns, working with the team to develop a holistic approach to media buying and planning across all channels. 

You will become a master of our suite of digital media tools the DoubleClick stack to track and optimise campaigns across programmatic, social, display, video, native, email and mobile. 

Having a keen eye for detail and a passion for data will be imperative, as you'll be required to;

  • Set up media campaigns across all channels including; TV, Outdoor, Press, Radio and Cinema
  • Set up digital media campaigns across channels such as digital display, native, video, retargeting and social media.
  • Administrational support - managing campaign bookings, material allocation, check confirms, budget reconciliations and load bookings with 100% proficiency and accuracy. 
  • Manage digital report dashboards for clients in line with campaign KPIs and analyse data and trends to make recommendations to improve the campaign.
  • Build relationships with clients and ensure all campaigns are tracking accordingly, ensuring campaign reporting deadlines are met with timely updates on campaign performance. 
  • Ability to draw insights from research or information generated that's useful to clients in the business and overall media / marketing objectives. 
  • Update Media plans and negotiate media costs with publishers along with overseeing campaign optimisation and tracking, providing support to Managers where necessary.

You have 12 months experience in a similar role or fast paced agency environment, your cover letter needs to showcase your ability to deliver on the below essential criteria; 

  • A passion for all things Media and Digital 
  • Good organisational skills and communication skills, with the ability to multi-task and work autonomously when required. 
  • High attention to detail
  • Exposure to digital media preferably Social eg; Facebook Ad Manager
  • Conceptual thinker, who can also think outside the box. 
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills
  • Work well under pressure
