Christian "not for profit" is seeking to employ an experienced and suitably qualified Audio Oversight who will ensure a high standard of technical sound production for the Sydney City Campuses weekly activities, services and events.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the creative direction and setup, operation, maintenance and repositioning of technical audio equipment in order to ensure an excellent standard of sound mixing and recording for all live productions and recorded film / TV events. They will also be responsible for the oversight, direction and development of volunteer and staff teams.
Ideally you will possess strong organisational and communication skills enabling you to work with a wide range of people to build and develop, both technically and spiritually, volunteer and student production and creative technology teams. Empathy and commitment to the Christian faith together with an understanding of the dynamics of working in a faith based environment are essential to the role.
To be successful you will possess tertiary qualifications in Arts, Music, Technical Production or similar; have at least 3 years verifiable experience in a similar role. Ideally you will possess a Certificate IV qualification in Christian Ministry (or similar). It would be considered advantageous if you possess training or management qualifications and/or experience.
