RightCrowd is looking for a Technical Software Support Engineer to join our growing team to deliver high-quality support to our customers and value added re-sellers.
This position is full-time and will be based in Gold Coast.

Skills & Experience required:
- A university degree or equivalent in Information Technology
- A high standard of proven hands-on technical ability
- At least 2 years’ experience working in a client support or related role
- Strong SQL experience
- Familiarity with writing scripts and small diagnostic programs
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills with a customer service mentality
- A proactive approach and ability to take ownership
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong team skills and ability to work in an fast paced Agile environment
- The ability to provide support to customers at all levels
- Some occasional travel overseas may be required
Your technical skills must be augmented by a desire to deliver timely support in a professional manner, complying to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
