Contract / Digital Service Management Specialist 

The hiring manager is looking for strong experience in performance management and contract management from an operational perspective. Someone who understands good service level management and reporting in relation to contract critical service levels.

Key Accountabilities

• Deliver, securely operate, monitor, maintain and manage operational service agreements and contracts ensuring service levels, availability, capacity and resilience and effective and efficient technology delivery.
• Collaborate with all Digital Services teams and relevant frameworks to provide service management of operational service agreements and contracts supporting, delivery, development and continuous improvement of future foundation services.
• Work with external service providers to operate and implement the day to day service management of operational service agreements and contracts, informing the functional lead of any risks, issues and performance impacts.
• Collate and deliver information to monitor and maintain operational service agreements and contracts services, reports and processes.
• Ensure risks and issues are identified and reported on a continual basis to the functional lead.

Selection Criteria

• Tertiary degree qualification in information technology, computer science or similar or equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in Information Technology
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in delivery, implementation and operation of service management of operational service contracts.
• Technical knowledge and/or experience in digital service operations and resilience.
• Working knowledge of Enabling Infrastructure technologies, Information, Integration, Platform and Software technologies and Digital Resilience
• Experience managing multiple technology services across geographical locations
• Experience in the implementation and operation of roadmaps and strategy
• Experience in dealing with technology vendors and associated contracts
• Demonstrated experience in implementing new and innovative technology solutions
