• Extensive experience with data and voice systems.
• Previous projects including upgrading data network infrastructure.
• Project will see out dated voice network equipment replaced on high priority.
• Must be ready to hit the ground running.
• Work well under pressure and experience delivering to tight deadlines.
• Lead, motivate and develop the Project Delivery team.
• Ensure that customer needs, expectations and satisfaction are proactively managed
• Use appropriate delivery framework / methodology that has been adopted by the project and endorsed by the Project Board.
• Delivery and implementation of the project’s products (including production of all relevant documentation for product delivery and acceptance during the project life cycle and ongoing support) that meet the project’s objectives and customer’s acceptance criteria.
• Manage external vendors as well as senior internal stakeholders. This includes managing the process analysis, project tracking, relationship management, deliverables monitoring and reporting.
