About the Role:
In this role, you will oversee the analysis, configuration and implementation of various aspects of the SimCorp Dimension platform, with a particular focus on front office capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide deep understanding and seasoned experience for funds management capabilities, operational practices, industry processes, custodian and capital market data knowledge.
- Provide advice on application architecture and configuration deliverables where SimCorp Dimension is the core component of the technology solution delivery.
- Develop and maintain SimCorp Dimension architecture including product roadmap, environments management, integration and reporting patterns in alignment with the technology roadmap.
- Lead technical evaluations to assess the merits of various solution options against technical requirements, business criteria, and managing trade-offs.
- Oversee technical design specifications for SimCorp Dimension configuration and data integration requirements.
- Work with the business lines to capture, validate, prioritise and document the business requirements that will be implemented within the Dimension system.
- Work with the business and IT to develop designs that meet the requirements, and can be suitably implemented within the chosen technology.
- Own, investigate and troubleshoot complex issues in the product suite.
- Mentor Analyst and Business resources on complex investigations, technical troubleshooting, and customer service best practices when it comes to the Dimension platform.
- Build solid strategic partnerships with Front Office and Back Office staff in order to understand client business needs.
Key Skills & Experience Required:
- 10+ years' experience as a Business Analyst.
- Demonstrated experience with Simcorp Dimension.
- Extensive experience working with third party suppliers (platforms and resources).
- Extensive Markets platform experience with a focus on trading, funds management, settlements and custody.
- Proven ability to analyse information and develop appropriate plans and responses.
- Extensive experience with core system implementation and post implementation support.
- Able to demonstrate the ability to learn new systems and environments rapidly.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and to react positively to shifting priorities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
