The Role: 
  
Working in a highly dedicated team of 6, you will be tasked with providing Level 3 support for this global organization’s SaaS solution. This solution supports some of the world’s largest investment, wealth and banking businesses.
  
Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a key subject matter expert/escalation point (level 3) for their solutions
• Analyse client installation, setup and make best practice recommendations
• Review system integrations with clients in house systems, downstream liquidity providers and settlement venues
• Document and communicating finding to relevant internal & client stakeholders

About You: 

Ideally you will have solid exposure and understanding of back and middle office operations and have worked with one or more trading systems.

• Experience in one or more of the following: Trade order & execution management systems, Portfolio management, Investment compliance systems (pre trade and post trade) and Post trade matching systems (eg: OMGEO).
• Understanding and experience working on one or more of the following asset classes: Equities, Fixed income, FX, OTC and Exchange traded derivatives.

Some of the following:

• Database proficiency – SQL Server or Oracle
• Performance Tuning, lop shipping/replication – SQL Server
• Batch Processing
• Scripting – Pearl/shell
• Programming Background – Java, .NET, Perl etc
• Knowledge of UNIX, MS SQL Server, Crystal Reports

Desired: 

• Tertiary qualification (Technology)
