Due to the continued growth and high volume of projects here at Huawei, we are seeking an expert IP Solution Manager to work on some of the largest long term national projects. Our industry is going through an exciting and dynamic phase with high volumes of deployments across the nation and we are looking for the best skilled professionals to become part of our company.
  
Role Description:
  • Develop projects with key account managers, present presentations and do customer / partner technical trainings.
  • Maintain good relationships with technicians from end customer / partner side, know the IP filed in the Australia market, and contribute leads based on his/her previous relationship/contact within the industry.
  • Sales support including meeting with customer, solution design with sales team, etc to ensure Huawei is providing the most competitive solution to the target customer.
  • Develop and recommend technical solutions and commercial strategies, based on the analysis of customer business goals, objectives, needs, and deployed systems infrastructure.
  • Participate in RFx responses, tenders, presentations, consultations and commercial proposals by providing product information, value argumentation, bill of materials and tender network designs.
  • Initiate product improvement / customization based on market needs and competitive environment.
  • Analyze short/medium/long-term customer needs and modify the product roadmap accordingly. Conduct market Conduct market research and customer surveys on products.
  • Organize marketing activity for IP products, including seminars, conferences, advertisement, etc.
 Requirements:
  • Tertiary or industry qualifications in a data communications related field e.g. Bachelor IT or Elect Eng., HCIE, CCNA, CCNP, CCIE and/or relevant industry experience.
  • Strong knowledge about Routing & Switching, Data Centre Networking, Enterprise Wireless, WLAN. Work with New & Emerging Network Technology (SDN, SDWAN & more).
  • More than 3 years IP experience at mainstream vendors (CISCO/HPE/JUNIPER, etc.) or a strong Network Integrator/Distributor.
  • Candidate must demonstrate excellent sales skills, including organizational, communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong ability to learn, self-management skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Could understand different culture and adopt mix culture working environment.
