We are looking for a Customer Service Officer to join the team of a company who is a leading provider of GPS tracking and dispatch systems to the service and transport industries and has experienced continued growth over the past 8 years.
You need to be a driven Individual with loads of energy that can multitask and a whiz on a computer. You must be willing to learn and tackle your new roll head on.
Whilst providing the highest level of customer service for our existing client base you will also be expected to;
- Take ownership of both inbound and outbound sales calls and enquiries
- Assist in various enquiries such as tracking and placing orders
- General customer service
- Providing advice and recommendations on our product ranges
- Provide general product based information
You will be required to:
- Demonstrate a professional telephone manner and personal approach
- Be a clear communicator and be able to build rapport with clients quickly
- Assist customers in a prompt and timely manner
- Input customer orders with the correct PO number
- Work efficiently and cooperatively within a team environment
- Provide clerical and administration assistance as required
