Compute Your World is located in Morphett Vale South Australia. We are not only a Repair & Support Center but also a Solutions Provider. We service customers mainly in store, however some travel is required for onsite Business Clients and some Residential Clients.

Our Interviewing Process:
Interview (Director and Business Development Manager present)
Day Trail (you will be required to spend a half a day in the store, demonstrating your skills)
Letter of Offer
This position is garunteed minimum 22hrs per week with upto Full time hrs depending on workload fort he right candidate.
Responsibilities:
Essential level 1 Technician
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in:
HARDWARE DIAGNOSTICS Including Laptop Repair (You must know all hardware components and be able to also disassemble and reassemble Laptops. If you can not pull apart a laptop or desktop computer fully diagnose it and put it back together again and in under an hour do not apply)
Installing Hardware and Software Systems
Retail Sales of Hardware and Software
Ability to support both Windows & Apple environments.
Highly Regarded but not essential.
Microsoft Certifications or other Industry Certification
Microsoft SQL, Exchange, SharePoint, Cloud
Experience in Office 365/Microsoft Hosted Exchange
Virtualisation technologies (HyperV)
Backup technologies
VoIP Technologies
Knowledge of NBN Technologies.
Cloud Solutions
The Position Requires:
Self-motivated and pro-active attitude
Ability to work unsupervised and a part of a team.
Excellent communication and Customer Service Skills.
Well spoken, clear English.
The ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing technologies
Current driver's License
Australian Permanent Resident
Police Clearance
DECD Clearance. (Can be obtained after a letter of offer has been offered)
