As a Product Owner at Randstad you will be responsible for owning and managing a portfolio of HR Technology products that we use. You will maintain vendor relationships whilst promoting product benefits and updates to the operational team. You will have the pleasure to join the Randstad APAC IT Team where you’ll report to the Program Manager.

Your accountabilities includes:

  • Act as single point of contact for current and future HR Tech Vendors
  • Maintain the HR Technology catalogue with current product details for all users
  • Own and facilitate contract renewal in partnership with product key stakeholders and group legal counsel
  • Identify core business problems at different levels and suggest creative solutions to increase the profitability and/or efficiency. Includes innovation of product capability, analysis and rollout of feature enhancement.
  • Partner with the Learning and Development team to drive existing HR Tech product awareness across the business, including facilitation of technical training and creation of promotional material
  • Manage new HR Technology implementations, includes change management planning and end-to-end project management.
  • Major error liaison, partnering with vendor and Randstad infrastructure and support teams where required for integrated products
  • Consult with IT squads through analysis, scope and integration of HR Tech products with Randstad internal systems.
  • Identify, develop and maintain usage and uptake reporting.
  • Liaise with stakeholders across the Randstad APAC region in learning their HR Tech portfolio experience, while sharing our insights and learnings.

To be successful in this role, you have:

  • Strong understanding of the Recruitment Industry, preferable across APAC
  • Prefered understanding of different recruitment needs, including across staffing & professionals.
  • Experience using or working with an agile scrum delivery team
  • Well developed communication skills and an ability to work with users at all levels of business & technical experience
  • A passion about the use and adoption of technology to help achieve business goals
  • Analytical skills, you know how to build plans based on data driven decisions
  • Self starter who can work both autonomously and as part of a wider team
  • Ability to prioritise workload based on current business need and backlog
