The Role:
We are seeking to engage the services of a strong Senior Project Manager with experience in contact centre projects.

To be Successful in this role:

  • Experience managing the planning and transition of high volume national telephony transformation and  rollouts in a Federal or State Government environment or large multi-national equivalent in private sector
  • Experience managing the planning and transition of integrated Contact Centre Environments. Highly desirable will be experience working with Genesys, Verint or Nuance Technologies.
  • Experience supporting and providing timely input to the client organisational  change efforts.
  • High calibre communication skills, adapted to audience.
  • High calibre presentation skills to a variety of internal and external stakeholders
  • High calibre stakeholder engagement and management skills.
  • Ability to drive outcomes, facilitate debate and decision making to achieve timely deadlines
  • Ability to delivery against an aggressive schedule in a fast paced environment.
  • Contribute to the collaboration of a team environment
