Duties:
- Collaborates with the Product Owner and Development Team
- Participates in Scrum ceremonies like sprint planning, daily stand up meetings, sprint backlog grooming, sprint retrospection
- Follows Agile/Scrum processes are implemented correctly
- Identify, track and help remove impediments
- Project and manage risk
- Work with others to develop, improve, and standardize project-related processes
- Support cross-departmental and cross-divisional activities as related to projects
Technical requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business or related field and 5-7 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Hands on experience in developing applications using PHP web frameworks and web services
- Understanding of MVC design patterns
- Hands on experience in developing applications using front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
- Experienced in using various design patterns to create reusable, maintainable, scalable, available web applications and web services
- Candidate should have excellent experience in handling Unit Testing, Integration Testing and Performance Testing
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
- Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases and their declarative query languages Candidate should be able to create database schemas that represent and support business processes
- Candidate should be able to debug applications and data
