Our client, a leading finance lender, is on the lookout for an experience IT Administrator to assist with a mix of BAU and project activities within the business.

Reporting to the IT Manager, you will see yourself working closely with users of the systems in the head office and across the country. You will be part of an innovative and fun-loving team of dedicated and hardworking staff who strive daily to achieve excellence in their fields.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing level 1 and level 2 support to internal users and business partners.
  • Troubleshooting and escalation of issues to other technical resources and third-party providers.
  • Assisting with user administration and IT and network infrastructure system administration and maintenance.
  • Monitoring and logging support requests ensuring SLAs are being met
  • Ensuring professional, Internal client communication regarding service request progress, impending changes or planned and unplanned outages
  • IT technical and procedural documentation development and maintenance
  • Assisting with software upgrades
  • System administration of portals, web sites, and the office365 suite of applications
  • Vendor liaison for support and administration tasks.
  • Support and system administration for business applications in use by the company
  • After hours on call for critical incidents and issues
  • Working with business leads to develop IT driven business requirements
  • Work with MS SQL servers to deliver operational efficiencies, reporting and quality data.

 

The successful candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or industry equivalent qualifications
  • Excellent communication and trouble shooting skills
  • Experience providing high standard of customer service and follow through for enquiries and questions from commencement to resolution in a timely and professional manner
  • Proven experience achieving outcomes with available resources with set time frames
  • Experience supporting desktops, laptops, smart devices and printer troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of MS operating environments and applications, networks, and web applications.
  • Experience in Microsoft SQL Server SSIS, SSAS, MDX and SSRS
  • Experience in MS Visual Studio for the creation of SSIS packages, SSAS cubes and SSRS reports

Candidates with any of the following experience will be highly considered;

  • Experience working with/as a business analyst drafting business requirements for IT change.
  • Experience in data investigation and analysis, BI interface and reporting.
  • Experience in VOIP telephone management systems
  • Experience in SAP Crystal Report
