About the Role
We are currently seeking a SharePoint Architect to join our highly successful team in Brisbane, developing new client work for the firm through existing client opportunities.
People Responsibilities
May be called upon to perform the following as part of your objectives and additional responsibilities:
- Accountable for coaching & mentoring of assigned consultants
- Accountable for completion of performance management
- Assist consultants to establish career goals and formalise development plans
- Work with the consultant to assist them to enhance their Oakton passport.
- Provide guidance around competency groups
- Meet with consultants on a regular basis to review career goals and any key issues that need to be addressed
Skills & Experience
To succeed in this position you will need to have the following skills and experience:
- Consulting experience
- Experience in Architecting and Developing solutions in SharePoint 2010, 2013, 2016, SharePoint Online
- Experience in and solid understanding of O365 services, Teams, Groups, Stream
- Experience in Architecting and Implementing Cloud base solution on Microsoft Azure and other private clouds like Dimension Data Cloud.
- Experience in and solid understand of Microsoft Azure PaaS solutions.
- Experience in Designing and Implementing SharePoint Farms.
- Experience in client side development technologies like AngularJS, JavaScript and JQuery
- Solid grasp of Front end Web development frameworks like Bootstrap.
- Excellent communication, analytical and facilitation skills
- Ability to adapt and apply existing techniques and methodologies to new uses
- Experience in defining scope and requirements
- Excellent oral and communication skills.
- Excellent conceptual ability, skills in analysis and problem solving.
