We are seeking a client focused Senior Business Analyst /Lead who will bring with them previous experience within Banking and financial industry with strong Agile delivery experience.
 
Ideally coming from a consulting or large corporate background you will demonstrate a strong track record of success in delivering outstanding results and meeting critical time frames across software-delivery related projects and initiatives. You will be adaptable and possess the ability to build rapport with clients and key stakeholders. You possess strong experience working as a Business Analyst as well as relevant IT qualifications. A development background will round out your skill-set, while any experience working in a consulting role would be very highly regarded.

Key Skills and Experience Required:

• Strong experience working as a Senior Business Analyst 
• Demonstrated understanding of Agile methodology having worked in multiple Agile environments 
• 5 years+ working experience in Agile environments
• Strong stakeholder management and client engagement skills
• Can-do attitude and a consultative nature along with excellent communication and presentation skills
• Sound ability to analyse and interpret business needs and recognition of key constraints
• Previous experience working for a consulting company (highly-regarded)
• Agile certification is an advantage
• Strong overall experience in IT, backed up by a relevant qualification
