About the Role
Reporting to the Product Owner, the Business Analyst is responsible for analysing the commercial viability and return on investment of current and proposed product features to ensure that our targets are achieved within a global company.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with our Analytic and Data reporting teams to source and interpret any key finding or analysis to incorporate this data into the daily decision-making process
- Working with the Product Owner to build and maintain a prioritised product backlog
- Defines and documents customer business functions and processes
- Adhere to team processes, policies and business methods
About You
- Degree qualified in relevant field - essential
- eCommerce background
- Product & Project Management experience
- Demonstrated success using analytics and customer research to inform a critical approach to product decision making
- Demonstrated experience of delivering fit-for-purposes business solutions to agreed time, quality and functionality requirements
- 1-2+ years previous experience in a revenue management and/or pricing strategy area
- Has an understanding of digital marketing, familiar with marketing concepts
- Ideally, data-mining and SQL capabilities
