PM-Partners group are looking for a Process Specialist to work on a customer engagement/ contact centre optimisation project. 

To be successful in this role, and contribute to the Program’s success, you will need the following core skills:

•  Previous experience identifying current  processes, interviewing team members, establishing best practice and providing recommendation
• Experience on a similar customer service/customer engagement/call centre project would be highly beneficial 
• Eye for detail Documentation skills
• Stakeholder engagement, management and team member interaction skills
