The Company
An excellent opportunity has just become available for an experienced voice engineer. This company works with cutting edge technology. Due to expansion they now require an experienced Cisco Voice / Unified Communications professionals with UCCX, Jabber, Video Conferencing and CUCM experience to provide operational support.
The Role
This role has a focus around Cisco Voice but will involve general network engineering. You will be highly skilled at looking after enterprise environments and have first class communication and presentation skills.
Your Profile
- You will be certified in Voice, CCNA or CCNP level working to an enterprise level for companies with multiple sites.
- Demonstrable experience working with UCCX and CUCM as part of a deployment and working in an operational support capacity
- Experience with CISCO Telepresence, Arc, Unity and Presence.
- You must have demonstrable experience in a Cisco environment working on large scale networks
- Have excellent communication skills and be able to work in a rapidly changing environment
