Enosys Solutions is a fast growing Managed Security Services Provider (MSSP) and infrastructure systems integrator to corporate and public sector organisations with a focus on full-lifecycle services based on leading disruptive technologies.  We currently have customers in QLD, NSW, ACT and VIC.

This is a new position within our professional services team. Due to increased demand from our customers we are seeking to employ a Senior Firewall Engineer with a minimum of 3 years' experience and a broad and deep understanding of network and firewall technologies. 

Mandatory

• Proven experience in leading or assisting complex firewall migrations.
• Proven project or operational experience in working with Next-Generation Firewalls from Palo Alto Networks, in an enterprise environment.

Highly Desirable

• Palo Alto Networks CNSE Certification.

Primary Responsibilities

• Working as a technical specialist within a talented professional services team responsible for design, staging, configuration and migration from a legacy firewall platform to Palo Alto Networks to all sites globally.
• Configuration, migration, and upgrade of firewall, IPS, NAC, encryption and a wide variety of other security products/appliances.
• Conducting Health Check engagements

• Practical experience with TCP/IP networking.
• Experience with Linux, Windows and network operating systems.
• Working knowledge of routing and access control devices.
• Profession experience with other network security products including Cisco Sourcefire, IP Tables, Snort, Checkpoint, ISS, Juniper/Netscreen and other technologies

You will need to demonstrate your experience and certification with Palo Alto Networks and other network security technologies.

You will be someone who has solid, broad knowledge and the fundamentals which will allow you to quickly learn and understand any particular product you are unfamiliar with. You will leverage your broad experience in order to enable leading emerging security and infrastructure solutions for our customers.

The position involves close liaison with clients so you will need to be a skilled communicator and be able to demonstrate a high standard of written grammar and spoken English skills at interview.
