Randstad Technologies is partnering with a not-for-profit client to successfully identify a dedicated Finance Software Implementation Consultant who will be responsible for the coordination of the implementation of BlackLine, an online reconciliation software package. The successful incumbent will be required to work collaboratively with all business streams and ensure that the online reconciliation software meets the needs of each service/stream and drive change across the organisation.
To be successful in this role, you will have worked as a Finance Software Implementation Consultant on a similar project and have a proactive approach to your work.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Coordination of the implementation of BlackLine, an online reconciliation software package
- Creating templates and procedures within the software and training local finance teams on how to use the software
- Completion of documentation of policies and procedures for completing general ledger reconciliations
- Ad hoc activities when the implementation activity is limited
Selection Criteria:
- 3+ years accounting experience
- Previous experience of implementation of BlackLine or similiar online accounting reconiliation software
- Knowledge of Finance-related policies and processes including experience in performaing general ledger account reconciliations
- Previous experience with FinanceOne, Chris21, i-PM, Epicor System are desirable
- Advanced knowledge in the use of Microsoft Applications
