An excellent opportunity exists to support and deliver the Solution Architecture around the project to source and implement a Ticketing Solution. This new solution will enable the team to implement a new paradigm to improve their payment system.
As an integral part of this project team you will have the ability to translate requirements into a solution and engage with the business and technical stakeholders throughout the analysis, design, build and release stages of the project. The ticketing project is a high-profile project, which will involve significant customer change transition.
As the successful candidate you will have the following experience:
- Analysis of customer business requirements to derive solution assessments and designs
- Responsible for solution architecture direction, design and delivery process that will be applied throughout the lifecycle of the broader ICT Program,
- Responsible for the design of the integration components as required by the Replacement Project in alignment with the ICT strategy,
- Responsible for delivery of the Solution Architecture artefacts as defined by the Architecture Plan for the Replacement Project,
- Accountable for key solution architecture deliverables, including design milestones with associated entry and exit criteria,
- Responsible for liaising with implementation teams (both internal and vendor) to ensure the appropriate realisation of the agreed architecture utilising tactical architectures/solutions as required,
- Responsible for how risks, issues and options associated with design and design decisions are to be identified, assessed, documented and addressed,
- Accountable for both initial capability and factors through life support considerations into the design, and
- Responsible for maintaining design quality and control including engaging independent assurance in collaboration with the operations team.
