What do they do? They provide imaging to hospitals proving medical professionals all hour's access to the scans that diagnose serious illnesses and help save lives!! 

With a real focus on software development & a strong team, you'll make a difference by collaborating to develop internal systems that support the business. Reporting into the Director Sales this role will be one you can dig your teeth into, innovate and have the freedom to implement your ideas and suggestions.

You will:

• Support the use of Agile development within the organisation, including consulting support and operational teams in the development of new systems and functionality
• Partner with operational and support teams to deliver and support a global platform for teleradiology
• Use organisational development approach which includes:
  • Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment
  • Coding standards
  • Unit testing
  • Automated testing
• Deliver resilient products which are built with an issue prevention approach in mind
• Partner with the team to develop and deliver the architecture of products
• Demonstrate a growth mindset and encourage the same mindset in others
• Be transparent with tasks at hand and the problems faced by the business
• Demonstrate discipline throughout the role and set an example for the rest of the team
• Ensure knowledge is captured and disseminated within the team and across the organisation to aid others in supporting you and the team
• Learn and teach new technologies and skills as required
• Be an advocate for improvement and discipline, utilising Agile to encourage a fail fast and learn approach
• Partner with the Product Owner to deliver products which support the business and their customers
• Be collaborative with IT to ensure simplification of systems
• Aid in the development of a unit testing approach to ensure unit tests are created for all new functionality
• Ensure automated test scripts are written for all new major pieces of work
• Articulate and assist others in understanding the goals and directions of the team, particular how those goals are broken down into components which are added to and delivered from backlog
• Designing solutions to problems identified by the business, helping with defining the problem with the product owner
• Design and analysis of architecture to provide solutions to business problems and future vision

To be successful you'll:

• Have proven Developer experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Health domain exposure ideal but not essential
• Be able to bring ideas to the table
• Team oriented
• An eye for detail and the ability to remain focused under pressure
• A strong understanding of .NET framework, C# programming language including LINQ
• Knowledge of experience with SQL and document Databases
• Knowledge and experience with REACT JS or Angular2 and Typescript
• Knowledge of SOLID principles essential
• Nice to have: Knowledge of DICOM and HL7
